AU Commission's Secret Decisions Harm the African Union

I refer to your news article on African Union symbols, and wish to inform you that African Union is keeping all the old symbols of OAU, including the anthem. They revised the OAU anthem for use by African Union. The question is why did they call for an African Union Symbols Competition in the first place if they planned adopting the symbols of the defunct OAU.
They have kept the decision of the panel of judges on the symbols competition a secret. What happened to the 2nd and 3rd winning entries assuming they claim all the OAU symbols were in the 1st position in all the categories.
African Union belongs to all black people and Africans no matter where they are in the world.
African Union has so far not published anything on their choice of AU symbols. I reliably gathered that they are retaining all the symbols of the defunct OAU.
African Union should be pressured to publish the decision of the panel of judges on the AU Symbol Competition, otherwise AU will be seen as another corrupt African project.
